Services

We provide junk removal, cleanouts, light demolition, and hauling services throughout Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Venice, and nearby areas. All jobs are scheduled in advance, and estimates are provided before work begins.

Estimates and Payments

Pricing is based on the volume and type of material, as well as access conditions at the property. The final price may vary if the actual load or difficulty differs from what was initially described. Payment is due upon completion of service by cash, card, or check unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If a crew has already been dispatched, a service fee may apply.

Items We Cannot Take

We cannot remove hazardous or prohibited materials, including chemicals, fuels, wet paint, asbestos, pressurized tanks, biohazard items, or any materials restricted by law. If conditions are unsafe or illegal, the crew reserves the right to decline or modify the job.

Care and Liability

We take pride in providing careful, professional service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Plus Junk Removal of Florida LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability is determined, it will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
